How exactly is your 800 billion being spent?

PNC bank received billions to bailout their bank.So you ume as the taxpayer paying for it that they'd use it to pull themselves from the brink of disaster.Instead they use it to buy up other failing banks so they can have a choke hold on the banking market.While banks like National city wasn't approved to receive bailout money..Coincidentally it happened to have just been purchased by PNC..So with that said we gave the government a blank check to finance our downfall again.Does anyone know exactly what we got for 800 billion(which will actually end up costing 125 billion. ) Does anyone feel like the government just pimped us?
