Can you buy tickets upfront at an AFL match?

It all depends on the venue and who you want to see. With the exception of big games you can get into the MCG by just paying on the day but at a ground such as Subi which only has a capacity of about 43000 you can't get tickets at the venue. There are too many members and pre sales for that to be an option.
