World of Warcraft Stratholme Question?

I had never run this instance, however today when I ran it i cleared all of the bosses except I could not get into the bulwark (i think that was the name of the building, it is the only area with living enimies, they kinda look like the scarlet crusaders) I was wondering what do i need to do to get inside that building and finish killing all the bosses?
