Who's the greatest action hero ever?

...this has been already asked..and many has answered it with Sylvester Stallone, Bruce Willis, etc. ..and all they have mentioned for me is not a true action hero..ask me why.. because many the stunts they do is FAKE..some are special effects and some are doubles..am I right..? ..so who's the greatest action hero ever? ...offcourse no other than but JACKIE CHAN..if you want to ask me why..watch his movies.. :-)
