Finding Nemo..is it just me or...?

is that the most depressing children's movie ever. Worse than Babmi's mom. I mean this man's wife DIES and then he loses his kid and has all kinds of depressing hi jinx with a short term amnesiac and then the kids going through all kinds of hell too and geez, if I was 8 watching this I'd be just a bit traumatized lol I was watching it the other day thinking simply, wtf? But, maybe it's just me?
