Are these all good tank mates?

Not really. Chinese Algae eaters only eat algae when they're young, as they mature, they actually eat the slime coats of other fish. Clown loaches get very large (11 - 14 inches). The tetras will not live as long as they would if they had a few more to add to their numbers.
