Why has Cartoon Network been going down the drain?

The things that they are currently airing are just shameful to their used-to-be great name. What happened to their good shows like Dexter's Lab, Cow and Chicken, PPG, Teen Titans, Johnny Bravo, Foster's, Ed Edd and Eddy, The Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy, Kids Next Door, My Gym Partner's a Monkey, Megas XLR, Camp Lazlo, you know, shows with substance that I used to enjoy as a kid/early teen. I can tolerate Chowder and Total Drama Island/Action, but these other horrible Canadian shows, Secret Saturdays, and this other stuff like Flapjack, it's hard to sit through it all. However, when they cancelled Toonami they hit below the belt. Who agrees with me?
