Shouldn't leg bye be banned from cricket forever?

Wide ball and no ball get an instant score run (which the bastman don't necesarrily have to run) but leg bye isn't the same, you still have to run to score. Any ball that bowlers would ball is counted and leg bye unfortunately favours the batsman and unfortunate for the keeper and bowler. I have seen it happens a lot fo times it can be devastated for the fielding side.
