Varun Gandhi vs Rahul Gandhi; what's your opinion?

Recently I read news like Varun personally went to invite Sonia Gandhi for his wedding but nobody attended it. And that triggered my thought process-- We the people decide who will be hero or zero (through voting or favouring one over other). Then my question is why or why not prefer Varun as next PM over Rahul. Please comment. Thank you
