What Power Ranger or Power Ranger like character is this?

I saw a picture of a Ranger/Ranger rip off toy and it looked really familiar. Now its kinda bugging me. He was in black armor, had horn like things coming out of the side of his head and a blue green polygon (i think it was a pentagon) on his chest.
