Finding the best bankruptcy lawyer in?

Maryland, and typically, I know that the judicial process of bankruptcy only costs about $299 in Maryland, however, I am having an issue with locating a "good" bankruptcy attorney that is legit and isn't going to over charge me :( through this gut wrenching decision......
