Does This Girl like me!???!!! Need Uber help =[ HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!?

I knew this girl since freshmen year. Before school ended, i went to movies with friends, over msn she asked what i did today. I told her that i went to the movies, after that, the next day, she asked if i were gonna go to the movies again today. Also over the summer, while talking to her on msn, she suddenly changed the subject and asked if we were ever gonna hang out. I didnt know what to say so i told her to call me whenever she wanted to. Now, the school year begun and in my homeroom, my teacher moved my seat near her. As i sat down, she smiled at me. When we see each other in hallways, her eyes would kinda stare at me and she would smile brightly. On msn, she would im me alot and ask about schoolwork. She would suddenly change the subject to anything besides schoolwork. However, i barely Im her even though i like her alots. Does she like me??? Is it my turn to suck up the courage to ask her out? Should i IM her more and make a conversation? Plz help!!!!!!
