Should I call into work sick or not?

I've NEVER called in sick before. I think I have bronchitis. My sister thinks it might be or it could be just a serious cold. I'm not sure but my chest hurts, my throat hurts, I've been coughing all day and my head is spinning. I went into work yesterday and I felt like crap. I was so tired and felt horrible. But the thing is if I call into work I know no one is going to come in because people there never do and they'll end up calling me back telling me I have to come in but if I do go into work I'm afraid they will get mad at me for trying to infect everyone. It's sort of a lose-lose situation.
