Phoenix residents: I've noticed an excessive amount of panhandling here...does anybody else notice this?

hmmm, I lived in Los Angeles and seen more there than here in Phoenix, however I have seen more teens panhandle here in Phoenix I blame it on the high rate of drug use here in the A Z. I'm sure you've seen the abundant meth ads on T.V and billboards that is what really suprised me moving out here.
