Last Hope to get rid of malware, virus, etc... Please help.?

Get Windows Live OneCare. got a 90 days trial from the Microsoft Website about 5 days ago and I don't have spy any more..I just ran the "tune-up" I'm willing to pay for it after my trial expires!
