How would someone with experience get a job in the middle east?

i was in the army for over 4 years and i am currently trying to get a job with a civilian contracting company to go overseas. only thing is, every recruiter i talk to tells me that i am "extremely qualified" and that i am "exactly what they are looking for" (their exact words), but i cannot get in contact with them after the interview. so, i'm looking for other companies to go through. would anyone happen to know of any companies doing recruitment over in kuwait, iraq or afghanistan? anything besides L3 or dyncorp because i've already applied with them...
