DNA, RNA, Chromosome, Genes...Science help!!!!?

What is the difference between DNA and RNA? I know DNA is condensed into a chromosome but where are RNA located? How does genes relate with RNA, DNA and chromosomes and what is a genome? Also, what are chromatin threads? What's the difference between mRNA, tRNA and rRNA? Please help!!
