Can driving my car hard damage it?

If you have read my previous questions, you know I drive a 2001 Dae Woo Nubira. It goes without saying that this is not a sporty car. I have a job delivering pizza, and because its a busy place I have to haul *** everywhere I go. The thing is, I don't want my car to die on me. I throttle it up almost continuously throughout my five hours that I work, I use my brakes pretty hard, and I take some turns fast enough to have the rear tires skid. I just want to know what things I should look out for and what could go wrong. What are ways to prevent these things? [besides driving slower] And what should I do to protect my car for a fiery death? And please, do not comment on how I shouldn't drive fast or anything like that because I do not care, and that is not what I am asking.
